As Tantra and Tao both are the energy sciences from the ancient India and China- they are system of practices, that open You and Your body, balance chakras, brings mind peace and joy in every aspect of Your life and much more.
For example Tantra massage is one of the therapy forms, where it uses the Sexual Energy, which is also Life Force Energy, Kundalini, Prana, Chi and Ki- all the same thing, but in different names. Therapist will detect at first in what condition is Your body. If body has energetic blockages (energy does not flow or there is pain in some marma points or acupressure points etc.), therapist starts with de armoring the body and then will see how body reacts. Tantra uses Ayurvedic techniques where we influence the marma points( energetic body points) and acupressure points( physical body points) and meridians in the body etc. If body is already in very good condition, the energy will flow freely as it should in healthy and balanced body. Then by moving the Sexual Energy, person will become Multi Orgasmic. It feels very good and relaxing. It does balancing Your chakra system as Kundalini Energy usually do. All that will brings You in higher state of consciousness. It can be sometimes even mind blowing experience. Of course do not forget- all bodies and minds are different, so the treatment can be various and also the reaction and feelings can be very different even by different session times.
I do give some tips for holding Your body in higher states and will give some practices to help remove more of deeper blockages, which can be very helpful, if body is too blocked- so it will take some more time.
